Event Title: WINI January Information Day
Event Process: Presentation and facilitated discussion “Brexit – What Now”?

This Information Day was about post Brexit debate to think about potential issues for Northern Ireland and how it could impact on Northern Ireland society. The speaker was Conor Houston from Centre for Democracy and Peace Building. Conor held a presentation about the issues with most impact for N.I. He highlighted the main concerns including the impact on agriculture and fishers (grants & boundaries etc.) environment and energy, trade and investment, the border, the free movement of people, immigration and the common travel area, free movement of goods, peace funding and cross-border cooperation, research and higher education and citizen rights and after that a Q&A followed the presentation. At the end of the event participants were split info 11 groups to discuss what they had heard and to feedback the 3 key concerns that they identified. Which were EU funding (peace funding), the Border, the stability of peace process.
